8 Songs und jeder einzelne ein riesiges Monster, das ständig zu wachsen scheint auf dem Weg durch die Gezeiten des Death/ Black Metal,
Mark und Bein erschüttern, der Magen und umliegende Innereien wirken verstört angesichts dieser mächtigen Walze die alles zu zermürben droht. Die Stimmung kippt! Leise Töne, Akustikgitarren mit minimalistischer Unterstützung des Schlagzeugs und das ein oder andere dezent arrangierte Sample, weben einen Klangteppich, der einlädt zum Verweilen und Entspanten. Aber nur für kurze Zeit und das Monster ist zurück- unaufhaltsam, gewaltig und fordernd!
Wer sich im (Death)Metal der ´90 wohl fühlt, mit Sludge/ Doom/ Drone etwas anfangen kann und alte Rocker aus den ´70 nicht vergessen hat kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten und muss dieses, mit Garantie wegweisende, Album von BAD LUCK RIDES ON WHEELS haben!
Auf Vergleiche zu großen genreübergreifenden Bands und Szenegrößen kann getrost verzichtet werden. Die Akteure selbst wissen um ihre Aufgabe, folgen hier keinem angesagten Trend, müssen sich auch nichts mehr beweisen und sind zudem auch immer noch gerne tätig in den Bands WOJCZECH, IDIOT SAVANT und WHO`S MY SAVIOUR.

8 songs and every single one a gigantic monster who seems to grow constantly on the way by the tides of the Death/ Black Metal, Sludge/ Doom/ Drone and Hardrock.
It shakes your teeth on edge, your stomach and surrounding innards look distraught in view of this mighty roller that threatens to wear down everything. The mood tips ! Quiet tones, acoustic guitars with minimalist support of the percussion and the one or other discreetly arranged sample, weave a sound carpet which invites you to stay and relax. But only for a short time and the monster is back - inexorably, immensely and, demanding!
Who feels fine in the (Death) Metal of the 90th, knows about Sludge/ Doom/ Drone and didn`t forget about the old from the 70th gets one´s money´s worth. This 1st album of BLROW is a must- have and guaranteed ground breaking.
Comparisons to other great bands can be renounced confidently. The protagonists themselves know about their job. They neather follow any trend nor need to prove anything to themselves. Furthermore the still play in bands like WOJCZECH, IDIOT SAVANT and WHO`S MY SAVIOUR.

unfortunately the farewell release of this 4 pretty good dudes. after tons of releases they come up with there best material ever on the that record. this shit just knocks me out. straight-forward and pissed hardcore that brings me back in the good old days. fast and angry like it should be. besides that they still keep an eye on pretty good melodys, so you never get bored. i guess they get realy close to classics like negative approach without being a catchy copy. good game dudes !!! this fine piece of vinyl comes in a massive silkscreened gatefold cover and with complete discography cd with all the stuff they ever put out. first pressing is on dark red vinyl and limited to 300 copys.

Wie der Titel schon vermuten lässt, die Abschiedsscheibe der super symphatischen Jungs. Was sie hier abliefern hat's nochmal gewaltig in sich, handelt es sich doch meiner Meinung nach mit den neuen Songs um ihr bis dato bestes Material. Messerscharfe, präzise Fetzer die ihren musikalischen Ziehvätern wie Negative Approach verdammt nahe kommen. Kompromisslos wird hier alles weggesägt was im Weg steht, ohne in stumpfes Geknüppel zu verfallen. Immer mit einem Auge für eine gute Melodie und frei von musikalischen Szenezwängen wird wie bei „Hunt the Time“ gern mal gekonnt ein geniales Metal Riff eingestreut. Mit dem Titelsong haben sie eine richtige Hymne produziert, die als letzter Track und damit Abschiedssong nicht besser gepasst hätte. Für den knackigen Sound der Aufnahmen zeichnet sich wieder Mike D. verantwortlich, der gemeinsam mit Ian Petersen im Westbeach-Recorders-Studio (Bad Religion, Rancid, Youth Brigade, NOFX, ...) der Scheibe den letzten Schliff gegeben hat. Als Bonus gibts noch eine CD mit einer fast kompletten Discographie und unveröffentlichten Songs, welche die Band jemals aufgenommen hat. Zuguterletzt muss man noch erwähnen, dass auf das Artwork unheimlich viel Wert gelegt wurde. Ein Highlight ist das aufwendig gestaltete und in Handarbeit entstandene Klappcover mit Siebdruck. Das Ganze bildet eine bildet eine extrem schicke Verpackung für auf 300 Stück limitiertes rotes Vinyl.
